backing you?? You get funded
real well.. Furthermore there
is little doubt that the
quality of xbox is a cut above
other gaming platforms. At the
end of the day it all comes
down to more money being
invested in the development of
the platform and
games.
2 - Xbox Games Are The
Most
Advanced
As you would well know the main
role of an xbox game tester is
to find bugs and issues with
unreleased games. Xbox games
have some of the most advanced
graphics and production
qualities. For this reason
Microsoft/Xbox need to make
sure that there are no
potential issues - of which
there can be thousands - with
each completed game. At the end
of the day this means there are
generally more jobs available
for you to test their
games.
3 - Xbox Games Are Easy
To Mass
Produce
The release of the xbox360 was
timed specifically so that it
would co-incide with the
greatest cross-platform release
of games. When microsoft was
developing the Xbox360 they
were careful to ensure that
games that had been already
released on other platforms,
could be easily replicated on
Xbox. This means more games are
being produced which all

testing.

So at the end of the day,
what does it mean for you?
If you are keen to be an xbox
game tester, you will more than
likely get paid more over other
platforms. Am I saying you
should only text xbox games?
Not if you have other
platforms.. Obviously you will
be eligible for more game
testing jobs, the more gaming
platforms you own. Either way,
if you are serious about game
testing, and making a career
out of it, then you should own
